ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us
at 4urpetfavitem@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo or video clearly showing the issue
- Your order number
We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost —
no return shipping required.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or accidental orders
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
REFUND PROCESSING
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your
